Job summary

Reed is seeking an SEN Teacher to join a specialist setting in the Maidstone area. You will plan differentiated lessons for students with autism and related needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment and supporting their academic, social and emotional development.

This full-time, long-term role starts ASAP and offers competitive daily pay (£160–£250) with consultant support and potential for permanency.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent).
  • Experience teaching students with SEN, particularly Autism and communication needs.
  • Ability to plan differentiated lessons and inclusive learning strategies.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Patient, resilient and passionate about supporting vulnerable learners.

Location: Maidstone Area, Kent
Pay: £160 - £250 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join a specialist setting supporting students with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), communication difficulties, and associated learning needs. The Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will:
