Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking SEN Teachers for Maidstone and surrounding areas. Positions include upcoming long-term opportunities in SEN schools serving pupils with ASD, SEMH, and complex needs. You will plan and deliver inclusive lessons within a multidisciplinary team and advocate safeguarding and individual learning plans.

Applicants should have QTS, SEN experience, and a willingness to obtain DBS updates. UK work rights are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching children with SEN (ASD/SEMH and complex needs).
• Knowledge of strategies and interventions for primary-aged pupils.

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Full legal right to work in the UK.

The Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in planning and delivering engaging, individualised lessons that meet the needs of pupils with diverse and complex learning profiles. You'll work as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team, fostering a safe and inclusive environment where children can thrive both academically and emotionally.
