Job summary

Prince Albert High School is seeking a dedicated SEN Support Worker to join the Inclusion Team at Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT). Based at the school, you will support pupils within the specialist Resource Base provision, helping create a safe, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

You will work collaboratively with teachers and families, develop essential literacy and numeracy skills, and contribute to ongoing professional development.

About the Role

As part of our exciting expansion of specialist resource provision across the Prince Albert Community Trust, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Worker to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be based at Prince Albert High School supporting pupils within our specialist Resource Base provision. This is a key role where you will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring every child can thrive, succeed, and feel valued.
