Job summary

Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is expanding its specialist resource provision. We are seeking a dedicated SEN Support Worker to join the team at Prince Albert High School, supporting pupils within our Resource Base.

This role is term-time only, 33.5 hours per week, at Grade 2, Scale Point 3-8 with SEN Allowance. You will help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive and feel valued.

Qualifications

  • Commitment to continuous professional development (CPD) and inclusive practice
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils within the Resource Base provision at Prince Albert High School
  • Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to developing inclusive practice across the Trust
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff and families to track progress

About the Role

As part of our exciting expansion of specialist resource provision across the Prince Albert Community Trust, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Worker to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be based at Prince Albert High School supporting pupils within our specialist Resource Base provision. This is a key role where you will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring every child can thrive, succeed, and feel valued.
