Job summary

Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is recruiting a Senior Inclusion Support Worker to support pupils with complex SEND at Lakey Lane Primary School. You will contribute to an inclusive environment, ensuring each child can thrive and feel valued, within our growing resource base provision.

You will work two days per week during term-time, collaborating with teachers and families to deliver targeted support and interventions, and you will be part of a wider trust focused on inclusion and

About the Role

As part of our exciting expansion of specialist resource provision across the Prince Albert Community Trust, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Inclusion Support Worker to join our growing team at Lakey Lane Primary School.

The successful candidate will be supporting pupils within our specialist Resource Base provision. This is a key role where you will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring every child can thrive, succeed, and feel valued.
