Job summary

Birchfield Primary School is seeking a Senior Inclusion Support Worker to join its expanding inclusion team within the Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT). The role focuses on supporting pupils with complex SEND in the resource base provision across Triangle Schools, providing a safe and inclusive learning environment.

The successful candidate will be passionate, adaptable, and collaborative, contributing to professional development and effective communication with families and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils within the Resource Base provision across Triangle Schools.

  • Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions when needed.
  • Engage with families and the wider community to support pupil progress.

Grade 2, Scale Point 3-8 + SEN Allowance

About the Role

As part of our exciting expansion of specialist resource provision across the Prince Albert Community Trust, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Inclusion Support Worker to join our growing team at Birchfield Primary School.

We currently have vacancies at all of our Triangle Schools:

  • Heathfield Primary School
  • Birchfield Primary School
  • Prince Albert Junior and Infant School

The schools are located within close proximity of one another, and applicants are encouraged to apply for consideration across all Triangle Schools. Please apply separately for each school through MyNewTerm.

The successful candidate will be supporting pupils within our specialist Resource Base provision. This is a key role where you will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring every child can thrive, succeed, and feel valued.
