Job summary

Heathfield Primary School within Prince Albert Community Trust seeks a dedicated Part Time Senior Inclusion Support Worker to support pupils in our Resource Base. The role is 12.5 hours per week, term-time only, across Triangle Schools including Heathfield, Birchfield and Prince Albert Junior/Infant School.

The successful candidate will contribute to an inclusive learning environment, with a clear focus on safeguarding and working with families.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting children with complex SEND.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication with pupils, parents and colleagues.

About the Role

As part of our exciting expansion of specialist resource provision across the Prince Albert Community Trust, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part Time Senior Inclusion Support Worker to join our growing team at Heathfield Primary School.

We currently have vacancies at all of our Triangle Schools:

• Heathfield Primary School
• Birchfield Primary School
• Prince Albert Junior and Infant School

The schools are located within close proximity of one another, and applicants are encouraged to apply for consideration across all Triangle Schools.

The successful candidate will be supporting pupils within our specialist Resource Base provision. This is a key role where you will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring every child can thrive, succeed, and feel valued.
