Job summary

Lakey Lane Primary School, part of the Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT), is seeking a Senior Inclusion Support Worker for two days per week, term-time only. The role supports pupils in our Resource Base and contributes to an inclusive learning environment.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Inclusion Team to develop provisions that enable pupils with SEND to thrive, with opportunities for professional development and progression within PACT.

About the Role

As part of our exciting expansion of specialist resource provision across the Prince Albert Community Trust, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Inclusion Support Worker to join our growing team at Lakey Lane Primary School.

The successful candidate will be supporting pupils within our specialist Resource Base provision. This is a key role where you will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring every child can thrive, succeed, and feel valued.
