Heathfield Primary School within Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is seeking a Senior Inclusion Support Worker to join the expanding specialist resource provision. The role focuses on creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment so every pupil can thrive.
You will support pupils with complex SEND across our Triangle Schools, work independently and with colleagues, and contribute to high-quality teaching through inclusive practice and strong communication with families.

As part of our exciting expansion of specialist resource provision across the Prince Albert Community Trust, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Inclusion Support Worker to join our growing team at Heathfield Primary School.

The successful candidate will be supporting pupils within our specialist Resource Base provision. This is a key role where you will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring every child can thrive, succeed, and feel valued.
