Job summary

Prince Albert High School is recruiting an Inclusion Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex SEND within our Resource Base. Based at our school, you will help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive and feel valued.

The role forms part of a growing Trust-wide inclusion program, offering opportunities for professional development, collaboration with specialists, and access to high-quality training and progression pathways.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
  • Able to contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
  • Willingness to participate in training and development.
  • Effective communication with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils within the specialist Resource Base provision.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with planning and delivering learning activities.
  • Record pupil progress and contribute to impact tracking.

About the Role

As part of our exciting expansion of specialist resource provision across the Prince Albert Community Trust, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Teaching Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be based at Prince Albert High School supporting pupils within our specialist Resource Base provision. This is a key role where you will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring every child can thrive, succeed, and feel valued.
