Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in community settings.

You will build trusting relationships, deliver tailored intervention sessions, monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns, complete risk assessments, and maintain accurate records while working with families, professionals and regional teams to create meaningful learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
