Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community-based setting. The role focuses on creating safe, engaging and meaningful learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms.

You will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, report safeguarding concerns, complete risk assessments and work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams to support each young

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Experience with SEMH.
• Role specifies female practitioner.
