Job summary

SENse Learning in Chippenham is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to deliver one-to-one mentoring and learning support across homes and community settings. You will work as an Education Assistant, Education Mentor, or Learning Support Mentor to engage learners with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or young people with complex needs (ASC, ADHD, SEMH, etc.).
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• Based in the UK with right to work; safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support in homes and community settings with creative activities.
• Build strong relationships and monitor progress to tailor sessions.
• Support development of life skills, confidence and independence.
• Apply trauma-informed approaches to support a wide range of needs.
