SENse Learning in Chippenham is seeking an Education Mentor to provide one-to-one mentoring and learning support for SEND learners in homes and community settings.

Roles are self-employed, with flexible hours and a choice of in-person, hybrid, and community-based sessions; you will help young people build confidence, life skills and academic progress, while safeguarding and working with families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with complex additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one mentoring in homes and community settings.
• Deliver creative, interest-based activities to support learning and life skills.
• Track progress and adapt support with trauma-informed approaches.
