Qualifications

• Assessing, monitoring and recording student progress against personalized learning goals and EHCP outcomes.
• Leading and managing a team of Learning Support Assistants and Assistant Lecturers.
• Working with therapists, families and other professionals to support learning and development.
• Developing differentiated learning programmes tailored to individual needs.
• Contributing to curriculum development and quality improvement.
