Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a flexible Supply Learning Support Assistant in Brentwood to support pupils across primary, secondary and early years. You’ll work 1:1 or in small groups, helping with lesson delivery and classroom management while bringing calm, structure and positivity to busy classrooms.

The role offers weekly pay and the chance to gain experience across different school settings, with a pathway to long-term opportunities if desired.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people; school-based experience ideal but not essential.
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• BRING calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms.
• Support pupils with additional needs where required.
• Help ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day.
• Make a real difference in everyday classroom moments.
