Job summary

Remedy Education in Brentwood and across Essex is seeking flexible Supply Learning Support Assistants to support pupils in classrooms. You can choose the days you are available, with work across primary, secondary and early years settings.

You'll assist with lesson delivery and classroom management, support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, bring calm, structure and positivity to busy classrooms, and gain valuable experience across different schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in school settings.
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work or SEN support.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms.
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required.
• Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day.
