Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a flexible Supply Learning Support Assistant to work across Brentwood and Essex. You’ll support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, assist teachers with lesson delivery, and help maintain calm, structure and positivity in busy classrooms.

You can choose the days you’re available, gain experience across primary, secondary and early years settings, and access long-term or permanent opportunities if desired. Weekly pay and dedicated consultant support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
