Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Supply Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across Brentwood and Essex. The role offers flexible days, across primary, secondary and early years settings, with weekly pay and a supportive consultant.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, helping teachers deliver lessons and manage classrooms in various schools. A genuine passion for helping young people succeed is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
