Teach Now Limited is recruiting a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary special school in Hertfordshire. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support across EYFS to KS2, helping pupils with ASD, speech and language needs and learning difficulties.
The role focuses on fostering independence, supporting transitions, and working closely with teachers and SEN staff to monitor progress.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning difficulties, and speech and language needs. The school provides a calm, safe and vibrant environment where pupils are encouraged to develop academically, socially and emotionally at their own pace. As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and experienced SEN staff to provide individualised support, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and develop greater independence.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification.
