Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a passionate SEN Learning Support Worker to join a specialist SEN setting in Lewisham, London. You will support learners daily with SEMH and academic needs, creating a safe, engaging learning environment.

You will work with experienced teaching staff and other education professionals to help learners manage behaviour, engage in learning, and develop social‑emotional skills. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, term‑time only, with an ASAP start.

A specialist SEN setting in Lewisham is looking for a passionate SEN Learning Support Worker to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting a range of learners daily with their SEMH and academic needs as well as creating a fun, safe environment for all to learn and thrive!

As part of the role, you will work alongside and be supported by highly experienced teaching staff as well as a wide range of other education professionals. Your role will be essential in helping learners manage and understand their behaviour, engage in learning, and build social and emotional skills for life! You will be vital in creating a positive and supportive environment where all learners feel safe, valued, and understood whilst attending the provision.

• Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)
• Start: ASAP
• Contract: Term Time only

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
