Remedy Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Worker in Lewisham to support learners daily with SEMH and academic needs, while creating a safe, engaging environment for learning and growth.

You will work with a skilled team to implement personalised learning plans and interventions, helping learners manage behaviour and develop social-emotional skills for life. Start ASAP; term-time contract; salary £100–£117 per day, DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
• A caring, patient and adaptable approach.
• A genuine passion for helping children with SEN succeed.
• Willingness to learn and take on training opportunities.

SEN Learning Support Worker - Lewisham

A specialist SEN setting in Lewisham is looking for a passionate SEN Learning Support Worker to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting a range of learners daily with their SEMH and academic needs as well as creating a fun, safe environment for all to learn and thrive!

As part of the role, you will work alongside and be supported by highly experienced teaching staff as well as a wide range of other education professionals. Your role will be essential in helping learners manage and understand their behaviour, engage in learning, and build social and emotional skills for life! You will be vital in creating a positive and supportive environment where all learners feel safe, valued, and understood whilst attending the provision.

Role Details:

Location - Lewisham based

Salary: £100 - £117 per day (DOE)

Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)

Start: ASAP

Contract: Term Time only
