Job summary

Nala Global Ltd is seeking a compassionate Learning Support Assistant (SEN) for a Southwark SEN school in South London. You will provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, helping them access the curriculum and participate in activities.

The role focuses on social, emotional, and academic development, with collaboration with teaching staff, therapists, and parents to monitor progress and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• SEN experience is advantageous but not essential.
• A patient, caring, and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
• Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils and staff.
• Relevant qualifications in Education, Psychology, Health & Social Care, or a related field are welcomed.

Responsibilities
