Riverbank Academy is seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team, supporting teaching staff with developing and delivering educational provision for learners.
You will provide structured support in class, assist with the tutorial program as a co-tutor, and help pupils aged 11–19 with navigating learning and personal care needs, building confidence and independence.

You’ll be responsible for providing structured support and guidance in the development of our students' academic and individual needs, providing in-class support to our teachers and delivery practitioners, also assisting with the tutorial program as a co-tutor.
