Job summary

You will provide structured guidance in class and assist with the tutorial program as a co-tutor, building on your existing skills within a supportive environment that offers professional development and career progression opportunities.

You should have 2 GCSEs including English and Maths, with A level desirable, and experience

Qualifications

• Demonstrated empathy and ability to support learners with diverse needs.
• Experience supporting students aged 11–19 in educational settings.
• Experience leading lessons or activities in schools or community contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured support to teaching staff and learners in lessons.
• Deliver in-class support to teachers and delivery practitioners.
• Assist with the tutorial program as a co-tutor and contribute to pupil progression.
