You will plan and deliver interventions with individuals or groups, monitor progress, and record achievements to inform next steps. The role supports pupils aged 11–19, including those with complex SEND, in a supportive school environment with training and progression opportunities.
Riverbank Academy currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Specialist Learning Support Assistant to join the team, supporting teaching staff with responsibility for the development and educational provision of learners.
You’ll be responsible for planning and implementing agreed interventions with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom, delivering programmes of support to smaller groups with minimal supervision, monitoring and recording pupil’s responses to learning activities through formal observations and planned recording of achievement and progress.
