Responsibilities

• Provide individualised support to pupils with SEMH and ASD in class and through targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and support teams to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Assist in implementing behaviour support plans and emotional regulation strategies.
• Support development of social skills, confidence and independence in learners.
