Aspire People is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11 to 16 with SEMH and ASD in Stechford, Birmingham. The role involves helping with daily classroom activities, targeted interventions, and promoting a positive learning environment.
You will work closely with teachers and support staff to implement behaviour plans, encourage emotional regulation, and build social skills and confidence in learners across a specialist setting.
