The school caters for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. All staff at the school aim to provide pupils with a supportive, structured, and engaging learning environment. They are looking for a TA who is resilient, patient, and committed to making a positive difference to pupils’ education and wellbeing.

Assignment Details

This role will commence in September

Person Specification
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs either in a school or similar setting
  • Ability to implement behavior management strategies effectively
  • Patience and emotional resilience when working with challenging behavior
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport with vulnerable students
  • Confident in setting appropriate boundaries while maintaining a positive approach
  • Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one
