We’re currently recruiting dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistants to join a specialist alternative provision setting in the Sheffield area.
This provision caters to secondary-aged pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support, many of whom may have experienced challenges in mainstream education. The setting offers a nurturing and structured environment to help pupils re-engage with learning and build essential life skills.
In addition to core academic subjects, the curriculum includes a strong focus on vocational and enrichment opportunities, such as outdoor education, mechanics, catering, construction, and personal development programmes.
