Connex Education Partnership is seeking SEMH Teachers for Bristol roles with immediate starts. Roles include full-time, part-time, flexible supply and long-term placements across the city, with a focus on pupils with SEMH needs and diverse subject specialisms.

Qualified teachers with UK QTS are preferred. Candidates should have experience managing behaviour and building strong relationships, ensuring inclusive learning and safeguarding compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teachers with UK QTS are preferred.
• Experience teaching pupils with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour is advantageous.
• Strong classroom management and effective communication with pupils and staff.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils with SEMH needs.
• Support pupils with emotional regulation, engagement and behaviour challenges.
• Create a safe, structured classroom environment and build positive relationships.
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to learning plans.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies.
