Connex Education Partnership is seeking a resilient SEMH Support Worker to provide 1:1 and small-group support in Bristol and South Gloucestershire, helping pupils with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges. The role welcomes backgrounds in education, youth work or mentoring.

Connex Education Partnership are seeking resilient, empathetic and motivated SEMH Support Workers to work across schools, specialist education settings and alternative provisions throughout Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
This role is ideal for someone who can build strong, trusting relationships with children and young people who may experience Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, behavioural challenges or barriers to learning.
You may be an experienced Support Worker, Youth Worker, Youth Justice Worker, Key Worker, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Mentor, or Mental Health Care Worker looking to bring your skills into education.
As an SEMH Support Worker, you may be responsible for:
Experience within an educational setting is desirable, but relevant experience outside of education is also highly valued.
