£150 - £220 per day

The Role:

• Deliver engaging, accessible lessons tailored to students with SEMH needs
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to support emotional regulation and resilience
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
• Support students both academically and socially, helping them to achieve progress and confidence
• Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture that values every individual

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour (desirable)
• A calm, consistent, and trauma-informed approach to behaviour and learning
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for inclusive education
