£150 - £220 per day

You will be responsible for delivering creative, individualised learning to pupils in a nurturing and structured environment. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of teaching assistants, therapists, and behaviour specialists to support each child's academic progress and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to SEMH learners
• Build trusting, positive relationships with pupils who may have complex emotional needs
• Create a safe, structured classroom environment that promotes stability and engagement
• Work collaboratively with support staff and external agencies
• Develop and implement personalised education and behaviour support plans
• Monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet individual needsSupport the development of pupils' social, communication, and life skills
• Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare

• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
