Your Role Will Include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, individualised lessons tailored to students' unique learning needs
• Creating a supportive classroom culture built on mutual respect and high expectations
• Working closely with teaching assistants, pastoral staff, and external agencies
• Supporting students to build confidence, emotional resilience, and a love for learning
• Contributing to wider school life, including EHCP reviews and behaviour support planning

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Primary or Secondary
• Experience working with students with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour (desirable but not essential)
• A trauma-informed, nurturing approach to behaviour management
• The ability to engage reluctant learners through creativity and consistency
• A collaborative team player with a passion for inclusive education
