Our inspiring SEMH School in Enfield is a nurturing and supportive environment where every student is given the opportunity to thrive. We cater to students aged 11 – 18, with social, emotional and mental health needs. Our goal is to provide a holistic approach to education, focusing on the individual needs of each student to help them achieve their full potential.
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate English Teacher who can deliver tailored and engaging lessons to students from Entry Level to GCSE and/or Level 2 equivalents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with students who have SEMH needs and an understanding of trauma, attachment and mental health needs.
As an SEMH English Teacher, you should be adept at creating a safe, inclusive, engaging and supportive classroom environment where all students are inspired and motivated to obtain meaningful outcomes, raise achievement levels and improve self-esteem. You will engage students with exciting lessons, fostering their abilities and contributing to their academic development within a calm, fun and purposeful environment.
