Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 and small-group pastoral support to secondary pupils with SEMH needs.
• Support students with emotional regulation, behaviour management and social development.
• Build positive relationships with pupils who may display challenging behaviour.
• Work with teaching and pastoral teams to promote pupil wellbeing.
• Help students improve engagement, attendance and confidence.
• Implement positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques.
