Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a SEMH Learning & Behaviour Cover Supervisor for a Corby area specialist setting. You will supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, deliver pre-planned activities and keep students engaged throughout the day.

The ideal candidate will combine strong behaviour management with the ability to engage and motivate learners facing SEMH and related challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sessions and leading activities for learners.
• Ability to support students with SEMH and behavioural needs.
