Job summary

The Kingsbrook School is seeking an Inclusion Unit Administrator to support pupils with SEMH needs in the ARC. You will work closely with the SENCO, ARC staff, and families to ensure a safe, calm, therapeutic and educational provision.

Role involves leading personalised interventions and line-managing ARC staff, with collaboration across teachers and external agencies to secure outstanding inclusive support.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEMH, Positive Behaviour Support, trauma and/or attachment-informed approaches.
• Strong presence and excellent behaviour management skills.
• Commitment to student progress and ability to inspire students to overcome barriers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the Inclusion Unit (ARC).
• Lead and deliver personalised interventions (e.g. Thrive, sensory circuits, Lego therapy).
• Line-manage ARC intervention leads and assistant teachers; communicate with SENCO, school leaders, families and external agencies to ensure inclusive support.
