Job summary

You will work closely with the SENCO, ARC staff and external partners to deliver personalised interventions and maintain a calm, therapeutic learning environment. Strong behaviour management and safeguarding focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEMH and therapeutic approaches such as Positive Behaviour Support.
• Ability to build rapport with vulnerable students and families.
• Proven track record of supporting inclusion and safeguarding in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of The ARC Inclusion Unit.
• Line-manage intervention leads and assistants, liaising with SENCO and teachers.
