Job summary

The Kingsbrook School in Buckinghamshire invites applications for an ARC Administrator to join our Inclusion Unit (The ARC). This role supports day‑to‑day operations, enabling a safe, therapeutic and educational environment for 32 students with SEMH needs.

You will work closely with SENCO and staff to deliver targeted interventions, manage records and coordinate communications with families and external agencies. A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEMH and trauma-informed approaches.
• Ability to line-manage staff and build rapport with vulnerable students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of The ARC Inclusion Unit.
• Lead and coordinate personalised interventions (e.g. Thrive, sensory circuits, Lego therapy).
• Liaise with SENCO, assistant SENCO, teaching staff, families and external agencies to ensure inclusive support.
