TeacherActive is recruiting an SEMH Inclusion Support Worker in Bradford to support pupils across KS3 and KS4 with learning, behaviour and emotional regulation, using trauma-informed approaches.

The role focuses on creating a structured, supportive environment and works with pupils who require additional SEMH support. On offer are ongoing opportunities, competitive daily rates, and a supportive onboarding process.

Qualifications

• CPI training completed.
• MAPA training completed.
• Trauma-informed training completed.
• Experience supporting KS3 pupils.
• Experience supporting KS4 pupils.
• Experience working with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
• Patient, resilient and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with learning, behaviour and emotional regulation.
