Tradewind Recruitment is actively seeking experienced Behaviour Mentors and Behaviour Support professionals to join our network for opportunities in secondary schools across St Helens and surrounding areas.

If you have worked with SEMH, challenging behaviour, emotional regulation or attendance difficulties, this is a rewarding chance to apply your experience within a supportive school environment and build lasting relationships with pupils and staff.

Formación

• Experience supporting SEMH, challenging behaviour, emotional regulation, attendance difficulties or disengagement from education.
• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils and young people with additional needs.
• Background in education or youth support with behaviour experience.

Responsabilidades

• Providing one-to-one and small-group behaviour support
• Building positive relationships with pupils
• Supporting students with SEMH needs
• Helping pupils regulate emotions and behaviour
• Encouraging positive engagement with learning
• Supporting attendance and reintegration
• Working alongside teaching and pastoral teams
• Implementing individual behaviour strategies
• Helping pupils develop confidence and resilience
• Providing consistent boundaries and expectations
