Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment in St Helens is seeking experienced Behaviour Mentors and Support Workers to join our network for secondary schools. You will provide one-to-one and small-group behaviour support to pupils, focusing on SEMH needs and improving engagement with learning.

You will work alongside teaching and pastoral teams, implement individual strategies, help pupils regulate emotions, and support attendance and reintegration.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour.
• Experience in pastoral support or youth work is beneficial.
• Strong relationship-building and behaviour management skills.
