Job summary

A leading education recruitment agency in Manchester is seeking experienced Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. The role involves providing 1:1 support and preparing engaging learning resources. Candidates should have previous youth mentoring experience and up-to-date Safeguarding training, and there is a minimum pay rate of £95 per day. This position is full-time and temporary, starting on 01/12/2025.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar setting (youth mentoring).
• Up to date Safeguarding training (desired but training can be provided).
• Team Teach training is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 support to pupils, offering academic and emotional mentoring.
• Regularly communicating with parents and staff to monitor progress.
