Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sales Strategy & Execution Manager to partner with the SEMEA leadership and shape GTM strategy for a high-growth region. You will perform in-depth analyses, build scalable tools, and own operational cadences for SEMEA while contributing to EMEA-wide initiatives.

The role requires strong experience in sales strategy, analytical tools, and collaboration across global teams, with a focus on driving investment, growth, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sales strategy, management consulting, and/or business development.
• Strong analytical/tools skills required, e.g. Spreadsheet/Excel, Salesforce, SQL.
• Proficiency in one or several AI tools (e.g. Genie, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Get it done attitude and desire to build lasting solutions.
• Able to architect high-level strategy and operationalise it with attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration, honesty, integrity and sound judgment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable with large datasets.
• Excellent spoken and written communication & presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly serve as the Strategy partner for the VP SEMEA & their leadership team.
• Act as the champion and challenger of the SEMEA leadership team.
• Independently own analysis with large datasets to gather insights & guide investment and growth.
• Own all reporting, forecasting, territory planning, and quota/productivity modelling.
• Work cross-functionally and globally with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and resolve data challenges.
