Job summary

GTS Group Ltd is seeking a Security Manager to own and run all aspects of physical and personnel security, as well as facilities management. You will operate within MOD/security frameworks, drive incident response, and lead a small team to ensure a secure site day-to-day.

The role requires experience in regulated security environments and a proven ability to manage people and budgets while maintaining compliance across security programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical security, personnel security, security assurance or security management within a regulated or Security environment.
• Working knowledge of FSC, IPSA, BPSS, SC, DV or equivalent clearance and vetting arrangements.
• Comfort operating inside MOD, DISP or similarly controlled security frameworks.
• A track record managing people, not just processes.

Responsibilities

• Incident management, investigation, corrective action, start to finish.
• Line-manage a small Security, Facilities & Assurance team and lead facilities operations.
• Manage budgets, contractor relationships and supplier oversight for a secure site.
