Job summary

House of Commons is seeking a Security Training & Development Partner to design and deliver bespoke security training for roughly 300 Security Officers, 30 Managers, and the Security Operations Centre. You will translate evolving threats into engaging learning experiences, including tabletop scenarios, live cross-team exercises, internal training, and e-learning.

You will work at the heart of UK Parliament to prepare a diverse frontline workforce, ensuring content reflects policies and risks

Qualifications

• Experience delivering security training to varied audiences.
• Ability to translate evolving threats into learning experiences.
• Knowledge of frontline operational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver bespoke security training for ~300 Security Officers and managers.
• Lead tabletop scenarios and live cross-team exercises.
• Develop e-learning and internal training materials.
• Assess learning outcomes, record exercise results, and capture lessons.
• Engage with the Parliamentary Security Department to drive continuous learning.
