Job summary

House of Commons is seeking a Security Training & Development Partner to strengthen the operational readiness by designing and delivering bespoke security training for around 300 Security Officers, 30 Managers, the Security Operations Centre and senior leaders.

You will translate evolving threats into realistic learning experiences, delivering tabletop scenarios, live cross-team exercises, internal operational training and e-learning to ensure content reflects current policies, procedures

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work inclusively and flexibly within a team.
• Demonstrable skills in delivering training programmes to varied audiences.
• Knowledge of frontline operations policies and procedures.
• Ability to plan, organise and meet deadlines across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
