Job summary

ICTS Ltd seeks a Security Management Team leader to provide operational leadership for Managers, Training Managers, Supervisors and Officers within a large Data Centre environment. You will report to the Head of Operations and drive performance, compliance, and best-in-class standards across sites.

Key duties include stakeholder relationship management, staffing, training alignment, KPI oversight, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Determine relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and guide a team of Security Managers and Supervisors.
Ensure operational and contractual requirements are met; set objectives and measure results.
Coordinate with training managers to align training with needs.
Prepare reports for stakeholders.
Lead client quarterly and monthly KPI meetings and ensure scoring targets.
Ensure adequate staffing per client requirements.
Develop health, safety, performance standards, and compliant processes.
Drive innovations and best practices for security environments.
